A collection of tips for using the iPhone in the day to day, some are well known but others less so.
1.Scroll to the top
If you click the status bar on a screen with lots of content such as Safari or Mail, we will automatically take you to the top of it. Unfortunately there is no shortcut to scroll to the bottom.
2.Screenshot
By simultaneously pressing the power button and the home, the iPhone will take a snapshot of the current screen.
3.Save an image from Safari or Mail
If we click on an image for a few seconds, the iPhone will give us the option of saving it.
4.Set upper
If in Settings / General / Keyboard activate the Caps Lock option is enabled, you will maintain the upper double-clicking on the button on the keyboard. On the other hand, if you press and hold Shift and drag the finger to another key, that key written in capitals saving a click.
5.Extra keys as accents or ñ
To write an ñ or accented vowels, we hold the key a few seconds to activate a secondary menu with all options on that key.
6. Force Quit an Application
If we click the home button for six seconds, the iPhone will force the output of the application is running. If we press the power button and home for at least 10 seconds, the iPhone will be in reset, restarting.
7. Configure the home button
In Settings / General / Home Button can configure the action that makes the iPhone when you double click the home button, also gives us the option to enable or disable the iPod controls when a song is playing.
8. Delete a list item
A program that displays items in a list such as Mail, we can remove the element by simply dragging your finger over it as if we were crossing. The iPhone displays the delete button to confirm the action.
9. Calculator in scientific mode
The calculator is put into scientific mode when you turn 90 degrees.
10.IPod controls on the screen rest
Double-clicking the home button when the screen is resting, you will get the iPod controls with the last song you selected.
11. Forcing the spell to use a word
If the spell of the keyboard always gives us a correct word to replace the other, can force you to use our word by adding it as a contact. The updated software enables self-correction off.
12. Mute and reject a call
If we press the power button once when a call is ringing,If you press twice, reject it.
